Activities with host family, which includes shopping and a tour of Brussels.

Pre dinner party at the restaurant where RT 12 Brussels meetings are hold.
Dress code : casual

Friday 11th of June 2010 – day

Registration in the city centre, official opening of the euromeeting.
Pick up and arrival at host family.

Friday 11th of June 2010 – evening

Aperitifs and appetizers in host family.
Get together party in town, with local specialties, food and drinks, live music and dancing.
Dress code: Comics. Be any comic book character that you’ve ever dreamed of  being!!!!!!

Saturday 12th of June 2010 – day

Visit of a chocolate factory.
Lunch in a brewery with banner exchange. Visit of the brewery.

Saturday 12th of June 2010 evening

Gala Dinner in one of the most beautiful places in Brussels.
Shows (should not be longer that 3 min per show) during dinner.
Dancing.
Dress code: Men are asked to dress in black tie. More interesting will be what  ladies are going to wear…

Sunday 13th of June – day

Farewell brunch.
